Ended day red but far less of a loss then usual

Really working on red days of being barely red.

HLF - Short and wrong, forgot to switch to long

AMZN - Wanted long off open but didn't take it, tried to catch a bounce but STOCHS didn't say too, and shorted a roll over but didn't take long off break

CF - Long off base for a quick profit but missed the shake out long after
