Biggest loser day in awhile. Net Red on week because of today!

Went 0 for 5 today.  Terrible day.  SHOULD HAVE TRADED IN THE DIRECTION OF THE MARKET.  Instead i looked for reversion longs.  Got a huge patience and scaling lesson on HEAT.  That 1 trade alone should have yielded my biggest day to date if traded rationally, instead got in TOO BIG TOO FAST and got shaken out!  LEARN FROM THIS!
