Ended day flat but week ended RED as previous days loss exceeded other days gains

1st losing week in a while.  Bad news i ended red, GREAT news is my losing week is 1/5th of my average green weeks so that tells me i'm getting better with risk management.  I only took 1 trade today and was shaken out at flat but here are 2 lessons from same stock.
