2 big losers as i took double my regular size by accident and it screwed me emotionally

Not sure how to take the emotion out as my trading has been terrible and i doubt my system.  Going to take rest of week off the regroup.
Today's hindsight:


POT - Short the weakness

AAPL - Followed short on weakness but missed quick drop

LVS - Short the reversal but wrong, missed the early day long

BIDU - Short but no clue why as looks bullish

AAPL - Right call long but terrible use of emotion took off on shakeout
