Great entries, terrible exits and bailed plans

Great day to scalp in the market today, i shorted KORS 2x, both great entries but terrible exits and bailed plan as soon as price shaked.

KORS - Double short

AMZN - Jumped the long entry and bailed plan.  Thought process was good but didn't stick to execution and it cost me!  Learn to stick to plan.

Ended day slightly green. Great R:R today as 4 losers and 1 winner.

Tuff morning as Huge gap up was faded but i didn't have the conviction to short so waited for some bounces.

DNKN - Chased long, small loss

BIDU - Chased the bounce and took small loss

AKS - Dead cat bounce but wrong, small loss

GMCR - Dad cat bounce but wrong, small loss

AMZN - Liked the flag so took small long

Ended day flat and the week ended slightly down. Lots to review

Need to refine Risk:Reward and honor original plan.  Today was tougher to learn from as even using hindsight was difficult to see tell signs of why the trade went the way it did.

NFLX - Short and the Long, both wrong

AMZN - Short and long, both tuff to read

Win rate is good, risk management is poor

Getting shaken out of trades that i shouldn't allow to be shaken out of.

AMZN - Followed goat short but took a loss as he ripped out points.  Learn to give wiggle wiggle

LVS - Long failed so switched to short and was great set up but shaken out AGAIN

FFIV - Paper trade but great read

I promise to let target or stop hit and not bail prematurely if trade is working

Tried 2 methods today, paper trade alerts that i had set up the night before on stocks and blindly take them as triggers alert, and to take REAL trades with intraday setups i see realtime.  Ended day green (BUT MY PROBLEM STILL LIES IN TAKING OFF WINNERS TOO QUICK)  Gonna get it if it kills me!

PANL - Noticed great flag so jumped in long. And again took off early for no reason other then "anticipation" of the trade going against me.

RAX - Great dead cat bounce for a quick gain but still not letting winners run to target

PAY - Papered long and took a small loss...but missed the HIGH PROB long

MNST - Daily trigger alerted and papered long, monster move (pun intended)

DDD - Daily alert triggered and papered long but would have stopped and missed re-entry

MLNX - Daily alert triggered and papered long, ripped +1 and +2 nicely

SXCI - Daily alert trigger, great high prob setup

ULTA - Great break off daily pattern

Ended day slightly down, back into trading realtime but VERY small positions

Relearning that if i'm wrong and get stopped, look to trade the other way as when i'm wrong, i'm VERY wrong.  Implementing live trading again (gut says not to) but i notice i tend to paper a little loose and don't get the slippage so now using very small positions and risking no more then .025% of account per day.  Got to get back to real world lessons!

COH - Looked strong via @gtotoy, took long and bailed flat, great exit, missed the reverse trade.

AMZN - Looked ready to rip but needed a digestion day, miss managed original plan

TIE - Daily alert triggered, took long but micro managed and took off flat!

NFLX - Great pennant long but didn't let stock breathe.

LVS - Loved the flag under the 20MA, chased long though for quick small gain

Hit and miss day...but most frustrating was the potential to CRUSH today!

Frustrated as day was all over the place (ended flat) but a few people i follow KILLED it today.  To add more frustration in review i see if i would have re-entered original failed trades i would have SQUASHED it.  Need to focus on better set ups from the charts the night before and only take the 3-5 trades each day, and if get shaken out, revisit if sets up.

BIDU - Long off rip and wrong but never filled.

AMZN - 3 trades, 2 wins, 1 loss.  ALL MISSED AS I HESITATED!

AAPL - Reversion long, 1st attempt failed and missed 2nd

AUMN - Long and stopped for loss, MEMORIZE THIS CHART
